Level 4 Cert HE - High Speed Rail & Infrastructure
Introduction
The Level 4 Cert HE in High Speed Rail & Infrastructure provides you with a broad introduction to the rail industry, and high-speed rail in particular. It offers the chance to learn technical knowledge and skills that will help you decide which area of the rail industry you would like to specialise in.
Pathway to a BSc
The course is part of a three-year flexible degree programme, delivered at NCATI and validated by Sheffield Hallam University.
After completing this course, you will get the opportunity to stay on for:

second year - completion of a Level 5 Foundation Degree in High Speed Rail & Infrastructure

third year - achievement of a full degree (Level 6 BSc in High Speed Rail & Infrastructure)
You cannot apply to the Level 5 or Level 6 courses in High Speed Rail & Infrastructure without first completing the Level 4 course.
However, you can apply to the Level 4 and Level 5 courses together as a two-year Cert HE & Foundation Degree package.
Who is this course aimed at?
The course is aimed at students aged 18 years or over who are new to the rail industry.
