FEATURE JOB: Business Engagement Executive (Birmingham based)

NCATI is looking to recruit an Employer Engagement Executive to join its team in Birmingham. This is an exciting and rewarding role, which will involve developing and nurturing relationships with employer partners.

The postholder will have strong customer service skills and be commercially minded. You will have a proven track record in working with employers to identify training solutions to meet their business needs. You will understand apprenticeships inside and out and have recent experience supporting employers to recruit apprentices or upskill their existing staff through apprenticeships.

This is an exciting time to be joining NCATI. Now part of the University of Birmingham group and with a new Principal in place, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in ‘shaping’ how we engage with employers for mutual benefit.

You will have excellent sales negotiation skills and be able to build relationships easily. You will also have good IT skills and be a natural communicator and networker.

HR Administrator (15 hours per week, 6-month contract, Birmingham or Doncaster based)

NCATI is currently looking for a part-time HR Administrator to join its team in Doncaster or Birmingham. In this role, you’ll provide administrative support to the College Human Resources function. You will be involved in supporting all aspects of the employment cycle, with a particular focus on ensuring a robust recruitment and selection process. You’ll also be responsible for accurate recording and use of the College’s HR database. This is a wide and varied role so previous experience of working in a busy HR function is preferred.

You will have the ability to manage your work without needing to refer to others for most of your time.

Candidates should have exceptional communication skills, a good working knowledge of IT, and be well-organised, as well as being able to multi-task. You will be committed to providing excellent customer service in all that you do.
