Pathways to a BEng: This September, we’re offering 2 brand new Foundation Degrees awarded by the University of Birmingham, with the opportunity to progress onto a full BEng at the university in your third year
Pathway to a BSc: Our three-year flexible degree programme in High Speed Rail & Infrastructure qualifies you with a Cert HE in your first year, a Foundation Degree in your second year, and a full BSc in your third year.
Vocational pathways: We offer Higher National Certificate qualifications in Civil Engineering and General Engineering, studying one day a week with optional progression onto a Higher National Diploma qualification

Level 4 High Speed Rail & Infrastructure
The Cert HE in High Speed Rail and Infrastructure provides you with a broad introduction to the rail industry, and high-speed rail in particular.
Level 5 High Speed Rail & Infrastructure
The Foundation Degree is the progression pathway for learners who have successfully completed the Cert HE in High Speed Rail & Infrastructure.
Level 6 High Speed Rail & Infrastructure
This course builds on learning from the previous High Speed Rail & Infrastructure courses, topping you up to a full BSc qualification.
