What we do
At NCATI we want our learners and your future employees to leave with the employability skills, confidence and knowledge to be valuable members of staff in the workplace for the future.
We run face to face, online, and session deliveries to provide careers, education, information, advice and guidance to help them develop the skills needed and offer interactions with employers through curriculum delivery and guest speakers. Where able, we also provide visits to careers and employability fairs and employer/learner careers speed dating events and other interactions.
Employers are welcome at our ‘Open Day’ events where potential learners visit the College campuses and meet staff and industry employers to gather information on their new, potential careers and education pathway.
We aim to deliver the skills and knowledge that employers want, not just what we think you need, so please let us know what employability skills you value and how we can improve the service for you.
We deliver a range of programmes from full-time courses to apprenticeships from Level 4.
